Our philosophy is to provide a complete sales package which doesn't simply stop at the point of purchase.  We have our own in-house technical support service to assist you at every stage, whether it's before, during or after the air conditioning installation.

We have a comprehensive understanding of the LG air conditioning range and in depth refrigeration knowledge on system application and operation. 

If you experience any technical or installation queries, then we aim to resolve them over the phone whilst you are on site. More often than not we are able to do this but if we can't, one of our engineers will attend site to diagnose and fix the problem. The only time we will charge you for this is if the problem has arisen from an installation error.

If a component failure is diagnosed, we will send a replacement part free of charge. All LG air conditioning systems come with a 3 year manufacturers' warranty.
